What We Do
Tailored Holiday Programmes
Our holiday programmes are designed for children and young people aged 5-18 with special educational needs and disabilities in the Gateshead Jewish community. They’re uniquely tailored to help each child to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment, that’s designed just for them.
Activities & Experiences
We provide children with magical new experiences, with each day bringing something different from unforgettable farm trips and exciting adventure centers to hands-on arts and crafts, sensory exploration, music, movement and more. Every experience is carefully shaped around each child, helping them build confidence, spark friendships and create lasting memories, with nutritious meals and snacks keeping them energized throughout the day!
Respite for Families
For families, our programmes offer real respite, relief and breathing space. Children are understood in their own way, supported with care that meets their individual needs, and encouraged to explore at a pace that feels right for them. While they’re immersed in thrilling and stimulating experiences, parents can step back knowing their child is safe, happy and thriving in the care of their Zero Limits family.
Our Story
Zero Limits was founded in 2021 in Gateshead with a vision of creating an inclusive, meaningful school holidays programme for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Today, we are led by a committed team of three trustees, SEND specialists and support staff, and strengthened by over 80 active community volunteers.
Our Trustees: Mr Solomon Lobenstein (Chair), Mr Benjamin Hofmann, Mr Abraham Sugarman MBE.
